Magnetic Bracelet Terms and Conditions
The Terms & Conditions below apply to all
customers placing orders with Magnetic Bracelet.biz:
1. Deliveries & Delivery
Charges FREE UK SHIPPING
Shipping is FREE for UK orders. All UK orders have FREE shipping with the exception of orders over 1.4kg. We have the right to refuse shipping to any worldwide location.
Parcels are delivered by Royal Mail
Service. The type of service we use depends on the value of the goods being delivered.
Some our parcels require a signature upon
delivery.
Shipping charge for overseas for additional H2flows and Tian Tian maybe £8.95 per additional item. If a larger quantity than two is ordered for the UK, shipping may be higher than standard £3.45. Please call for a quote.
All orders are sent out within 3-5
working
days of placing the order to the UK but please allow up to a week and for overseas make take up to 14 days. However most orders leave next day from ordering.
If more than one item is ordered at one
time and we have one item in stock, we will send it out to you and when the
next item comes available that will follow free of charge, leaving you
better off.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays in the Royal
Mail Delivery Service or City Link, but if any delays may occur we
will be happy to give the tracking number to locate the parcel concerned if appropriate.
If a parcel is lost in transit we allow 15 working days before re-sending any item to UK and 60 days for overseas and longer to refund (as many do eventually turn up) so we would suggest the following:
If you urgently need the item you can re-order it and pay courier shipping by telephone and it will be sent out by Special/courier again for you for next day delivery.
We will re-send an item lost by Royal Mail after we receive confirmation from you in writing that it was not received, this will be after the 15 working day period has passed in the UK and 60 days for overseas. We will send you a form to complete to confirm non-receipt, this has to be returned to us before a resend can take place or a refund.
You may be approached by Royal Mail regarding any item not received and will be obliged to explain the circumstances.

Refunds for items lost in the post will be dealt with after 1 month in case they do eventually arrive.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING
If you are living outside the UK you may place an order with us and select your region for shipping, unfortunately we are unable to supply more than 1 item of H2flow or Tian Tian overseas per order (due to weight). If you would like to order more than one please place order twice.
We do not deliver to all countries only those shown in the cart selection, these include Europe, USA and Australasia.

Refunds Policy & Returns
Bioflow 90 day money back guarantee

All Bioflow products have a 90 day money back guarantee if not entirely satisfied with their performance. Proof of purchase is required to receive money back.

Refunds are subject to a 15% handling fee unless faulty for all Ecoflow products returned within 90 days.
All Ecoflow products are refunded minus shipping charge for us to send it to you, even if the shipping charge was charged as free.
If the items ordered are unsuitable and a full refund (minus shipping to you) is required the item must be returned within 7 days of receiving it or emailed to us within 7 days.
If the goods are faulty or damaged on
arrival, then
we will credit you for return shipping, however if the goods are unsuitable
or no longer required, you must pay shipping the goods back to us.
Any item damaged in transit must be reported within 2 days of receiving it.
Proof of purchase is required to receive money back.
Cconsumable products are non refundable or exchangeable.
Any decision of action can only be taken
on inspection of the product.
Our 90 day guarantee does not cover any country other than the UK.
Refunds

Refunds are given if the goods are
unsuitable, unobtainable, faulty or damaged. An exchange will be offered &
if a replacement is not available then a credit voucher will be issued or a
refund back to the card which was used to purchase the item(s). If for any reason you
have received such an item and you feel you need to return it
to us, then send to the return address on the back of
your parcel. Please note this must be within 7 days of receiving your order.

If the goods are faulty or damaged then
we will refund the full transaction but if the items are no longer required
or unsuitable
then we will refund the transaction minus the shipping charge.

If you return an item which you purchased within the 7 day refund period as not required or unsuitable we will refund the order and deduct the shipping costs which were incurred to sent it, despite the shipping being free. This cost is £3.95.
Any item damaged in transit must be reported within 2 days of receiving it.
If the goods are faulty or damaged on
arrival, then
we will credit you for return shipping, however if the goods are unsuitable
or no longer required, you must pay shipping the goods back to us.
Proof of purchase is required to receive money back.
If a product cannot be resold then a full refund would not be given.
A cancellation charge may be taken for
any item which was ordered that is cancelled which amounts to 4% of the
sale price of the order, unless cancelled on the same day as the order was
placed.
It is the customers responsibility for the safe return
of any item being sent back to us. Please send back any item by recorded or registered post. We will not be held responsible for any item lost on its way back to us.
Items sent back to us must include all
original packaging, leaflets, booklets, instructions or inserts that were
inside when you received it and in the condition it was
received.
All consumable products are non refundable or exchangeable.
Any decision of action can only be taken
on inspection of the product.
Replacement items can only be sent out on
the return of the original item.
We will not exchange or refund goods that are
wilfully / accidentally damaged, repaired or modified.
All returns are down to our discretion.
We do not give refunds on deposits taken
to secure any item on this site.
3. Guarantees

The magnetic properties of all magnetic
Ecoflow products are guaranteed for life.

The Motoflow, Thermoflow & H2flow is
guaranteed for 10 years.

The products are guaranteed against faulty parts and
workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use, for a period of one year from
the date of purchase.

If the power of the magnet has lessened, the product can be
returned for testing, and if found to have lessened then it will be replaced.

All Bioflow products have a 90 day money back
guarantee if not entirely satisfied with their performance.

The 90 day money back guarantee is subject to
a 15% handling fee.

Any guarantee claim would require your original receipt.

Your statutory rights are not affected

All products other than Bioflow range have a 7 day money back guarantee, this does not include shipping paid.
4. Customer Loyalty Scheme

If at any time you would like to exchange or
upgrade your Bioflow for a brand new product within the same Bioflow range then you
will be credited 50% of the price you paid for your old Bioflow towards the cost
of the new one.

You would not require your original receipt to
upgrade your Bioflow.

You do not need to have bought it from us to use the Customer Loyalty Scheme on our site
5. Stock Availability
-
Any item advertised on our web site
should always be in stock, in the unlikely event that we are out of
stock of any item ordered, we shall contact you within 2-3 working days of the
date the goods were ordered, to notify you of a likely delivery date or any
other options. We may contact you by Email, Telephone or a Text message.

You may wait for stock to be replenished.
-
Take an alternative product and settle
any price difference.

Get a Credit Note.

Get a refund.
6.
Methods of Payment We accept the following methods of payment :

The amount payable is debited by World Pay as soon as the order is placed, not when the item is despatched. This is a system that World Pay Merchant Bank uses and we have no control over.
7. Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, all our prices include VAT.

Prices can change instantly and with no advanced warning.

Web Site Accuracy
We should be accurate in the
information we provide you, but we cannot be held responsible for any
displayed information that has since changed after our date of publish or is inaccurate due to the unreliability of the resources used. All information is for educational purpose only
9. Privacy Policy

We WILL NOT sell or pass on any
customers personal details including email addresses & phone numbers to
any outside party or organisation for any purpose without your consent.

We hold the right to pass on any
information to the relevant authorities at their request if necessary.
This does not affect your statutory rights which cannot be excluded or restricted
by law.
10. Fraud
Prevention

We may require documents of proof of name and address sent to
us by email, fax or post before sending any of our orders,
particularly for larger
transactions, we will notify you by email if this is the case.

Your IP address is noted when you make a
purchase.

We takes credit card fraud
seriously and will prosecute to the highest degree if such action is made on
this site.

We hold the right to decline any order we
suspect to be fraudulent.

Sometimes we may choose not to process an
order, due to lack of proofs or correspondence when further security information
is required. Such orders will not be processed and the amount not debited from
the card used to make the purchase.
11. Claims/Disclaimer

All magnets and magnetic products are sold for experimental purposes only. They should not replace or substitute prescribed medical treatment.

We make no claims to the therapeutic effect of any magnet or magnetic products. Our range of magnetic products are sold and used by millions worldwide for various different health conditions and all facts are based on users testimonials and not on scientic research.

It must be stated that magnetic therapy is NOT a cure.

There is no substitute for sound medical advice and we recommend that if you are, or have been receiving any treatment for a particular condition or if you have any doubts about using Bioflow you should consult your own doctor first.
The use of any product on our site is solely the responsibility of the intended user we will not be held responsible for an injury, accident, misuse or illness that may occur from any product bought from us.
Any defects would be dealt with by the manufacturers and we are not to be held responsible for any item causing any damage or illness or accident. Any product bought from us which is supposedly defective will be sent to the manufacturer for analysis. As we do not produce any items ourselves but are distributors we would not be responsible to deal with defective items after 7 days of receiving an item.
Our products are sold mainly through word of mouth and we will not be liable for any product not meeting to the requirement of the user.
All our products are not tested by us. Any manufacturing defect would need to be taken up with them.
Any side effects experienced from a product on our site will be the responsibility of the user. We will try to give accurate descriptions as best possible where required but further information can be obtained from emailing us or the manufacturer.
