Bioflow 90 day money back guarantee

All Ecoflow (Bioflow) products have a 90 day money back guarantee if not entirely satisfied with their performance. Proof of purchase is required to receive money back. This means if the product after 90 days from receiving it, does not work for you it can be returned for a refund without any questions asked. Shipping is not refunded.

Refunds under the guarantee are subject to a 15% handling fee unless faulty for all Ecoflow products returned within the 90 day period.

Bioflow Magnetic Properties Guarantee

The properties and thus effects of the Bioflow magnetic module is guaranteed for life.

The magnetic properties will not lessen with time.

If for any reason you feel the magnet no longer works it can be sent for testing and it will be replaced after being tested as faulty.
Bioflow 12 Month Guarantee

If for any reason the Bioflow product you purchase becomes faulty it can be returned for a replacement

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel an order placed with us please let us know as soon as possible for a full refund. if the item has already been despatched we will charge you the shipping and refund the item when we receive it back. If it is cancelled on the same day there is no charge, but after this time there is a 4% charge (merchant processing fee).

If at any time you would like to exchange or upgrade your Bioflow for a brand new product within the same Bioflow range i.e. upgrade to a different bracelet, then you will be credited 50% of the price you paid for your old Bioflow towards the cost of the new one. However the price of the new one would be the RRP and not any offer price.

To proceed you will need to send the old Bioflow to us, in any condition it is in and send us the difference by cheque or PO to Amazing Health Ltd or send in credit card details. If you paid £50 for the original one then you will get £25 off (50%) so if you would like to change to a £70 one then you would need to send us £70 - £25 = £45 + £2.95 shipping for UK and £7.00 for overseas.
